Return & Exchanges Info


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to 2-3 hours after being placed, before processing begins. If your order has been paid and you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours. Once packaging and shipping have started, cancellation is no longer possible.


Returns

We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order. To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item at info@goatedmvp.com


To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must be in the original packaging with tags attached.


Exceptions

Returns cannot be accepted for items that:

Are not in their original condition.

Are damaged due to misuse or any reason not caused by our error.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for issues caused by our error.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Damaged goods

Incorrect item received

Incorrect size received


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance.
